At Sharon Alliance our pastor, Jim Weikal, believes in leading the the church after the examples of Paul, a pastor, by:
1. Warning his flock of error.
2. Being a student of Scripture.
3. Avoiding unholy teaching.
4. Disciplining himself for godliness.

6. Teaching with authority.
7. Living by a biblical standard.
8. Having a scripturally based ministry.
9. Remaining faithful to his ministry gift.
10. Being totally absorbed with biblical fundamentals.
11. Always progressing in spiritual growth.
12. Striving in these endeavors because he realizes their eternal consequences.
At Sharon Alliance Church, our goals, taken from the book of Revelation, are to:
1. Remember our first love, Jesus Christ.
2. Remain faithful to our Lord even unto death.
3. Never tolerate false teaching.
4. Never tolerate a false teacher.
5. Remain in the truth we have received and heard.
6. Allow no one to take our crown.
7. Never tolerate in ourselves a lukewarm spirituality.
